I got ours just after 8am, as soon as our ticket was scanned and 11:00-12:00 was the time already. I first tried for 10:40 but by the time I hit confirm it was booked and I had to redo it for 11:00.

A backup at the FastPass scanners. Not sure if guests were just having problems or trying to cheat the system but it seemed to always be backups at the checkpoints for attractions.
